A 52-YEAR-OLD MAN from Claxton Bay died in a late-night fire that destroyed a wooden house and partially damaged a nearby home.
The deceased has been identified as Russell Mantan, a labourer from Chamroo Trace, Hermitage Village.
The police said around 11.45 pm on September 26, Cpl Cummings and other officers from the St Margaret’s Police Station responded to a report of a house fire at Chamroo Trace.
