Sporting director of Mount Pleasant Academy, Paul Christie, says the club is in the final stages of completing the transfer of winger Ranaldo Biggs to Jamaica Premier League rivals Montego Bay United, for a reported fee of US$30,000 (approximately $4.7 million).
Christie said that negotiations between the clubs was progressing well, with only the player's personal terms left to be finalised before the move can be completed.
Biggs, 23, is a former standout at St Catherine High School and has attracted strong interest from the western Jamaica-based club because of his versatility and attacking qualities.
