44-year-old man was assaulted and robbed by four masked intruders during a home invasion in Siparia on Monday night.
Police reported that the man was in his living room around 9 p.m. when the suspects, dressed in dark clothing and full-face masks, entered his home through an unsecured front door. Two of the men were armed with firearms.
The victim attempted to flee but was blocked and sustained several blows before the assailants ransacked the home. The robbers escaped with $5,000 in cash and a yellow/gold Nissan B14 motor vehicle. An all-points bulletin was issued for the stolen vehicle.
