The route for Trinidad and Tobago’s 2026 Independence Day Parade has been changed, with this year’s event set to begin at Memorial Park in Port of Spain instead of the traditional starting point at the Queen’s Park Savannah.
The parade will proceed north along Charlotte Street and west along Queen’s Park West before turning south into Chancery Lane and east onto Keate Street. Participants will then continue south along Frederick Street, west into Park Street, and along Tragarete Road.
The procession will conclude at the Police Training College in St James, where the official ceremony will end.
