Trinbago’s Culture Takes Centre Stage At Independence Showcase

It has been 64 years since the Union Jack came down and the red, white and black was raised for the first time, as Trinidad and Tobago marked its independence from the British Crown.

To commemorate the occasion, a cultural showcase capturing the many elements that constitute Trinbago’s rich heritage was held at the Queen’s Park Savannah on Monday evening.
