A 42-year-old woman was tied up and robbed at her workplace in Arouca on Wednesday night.
Police said the incident occurred around 10.20 p.m. at De Shampoo Bowl, located at Kantac Plaza, Eastern Main Road, Arouca. The victim was at the business place when she was approached by a man who announced a robbery.
The suspect, described as being of mixed descent, thick built, clean shaven with short thin hair, was reportedly armed with a knife. He tied the victim’s hands and placed her in the bathroom.
