Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley has boasted about his ten-year legacy of developing Trinidad and Tobago as he announced that he will resign from office on March 16, 2025.
He was speaking at a ceremony this morning to rename the D’Abadie/O’Meara Road the Lisa Morris-Julian Boulevard.
This means that Rowley will enjoy his last Carnival as Prime Minister before he hands over the reins of power to Energy Minister Stuart Young.
