INDUSTRIAL Court President Heather Seale says the issue of security of tenure for the court's judges must be urgently addressed.
She made this statement when she addressed a special sitting at the Southern Academy for the Performing Arts (SAPA), San Fernando to mark the start of the court's 2025-2026 term.
Seale said as the court commemorates its 60th year of existence, its characteristics can be likened to those of diamonds.
