Police officer’s son injured in hit and run, suspect at large

Tobago police are hunting for a man who allegedly left a police officer’s child hospitalized, in critical condition, after a hit-and-run accident in Black Rock on Sunday night.

The 12-year-old child, whose mother is attached to the Scarborough Police Station, is currently undergoing surgery.

Police told Guardian Media, the driver fled the scene after hitting the child, abandoning the vehicle.
