Piarco—Smooth and straightforward while others complained that it was confusing.

This was how passengers arriving and departing on three Caribbean Airlines flights yesterday described the Government’s new online immigration and customs system. They were among the first to test the system the T&T Digital Arrival/Departure Form as part of a trial of the platform at Piarco International Airport.

The test involved three flights operated by Caribbean Airlines—BW 527 from Guyana; BW 431 from Grenada; and BW 240, which was scheduled to depart for Grenada.
