A police officer has been charged with Possession of Ammunition following an intelligence-led operation conducted by officers of the Central Division.
The operation was led by DCP Suzette Martin and ACP Remy, spearheaded by Superintendent Glodon and supervised by ASP Mark Hernandez. Field operations were conducted by members of the Central Division Operations Unit and Central Division Task Force, Area South.
At approximately 7:45pm on Monday 17th August 2026, officers, acting on intelligence from an external intelligence agency, proceeded to the Southern Main Road, Couva, where they intercepted a black Nissan Sylphy motor vehicle.
