A POLICE constable attached to the Couva Police Station has been charged with possession of ammunition following an intelligence-led operation in Couva.
The operation was conducted by officers of the Central Division Operations Unit and Central Division Task Force, Area South, on Monday night.
Around 7:45 p.m. on August 17, officers, acting on information from an external intelligence agency, intercepted a Nissan Sylphy along the Southern Main Road, Couva.
