Two Maraval brothers were robbed of their sister’s SUV at gunpoint in the carpark of The Falls at Westmall on Thursday afternoon.
The men, aged 67, and 57, had just parked a Nissan X-Trail around 3 p.m. when two men approached. One of the suspects pointed a firearm at the driver and demanded the keys. Fearing for his life, he complied, handing over the vehicle valued at $380,000, along with groceries worth $700 and two rose plants worth $200.
Both suspects, described as slim dark skinned men in their twenties, fled in the vehicle heading west.
