A homeless man was found with burn injuries in Claxton Bay on Wednesday evening.
At around 8:30 p.m. a witness observed a man, known locally as “Crazy,” inside a makeshift wooden structure along Connector Road, Macaulay, Claxton Bay. The man, believed to be in his mid-50s and of East Indian descent, appeared to have sustained burn injuries to his head and was unable to speak.
The witness contacted the Emergency Health Services.. The victim was examined at the scene and transported to San Fernando General Hospital for treatment.
