Homicide Division is awaiting instructions from the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) on whether the three suspects in police custody would be charged in the abduction and murder of 63-year-old livestock farmer Vishnu Lalla.
Earlier today, a senior homicide officer told the Express that the file was forwarded to the DPP.
