Po­lice are look­ing for a man who robbed an­oth­er man of his car and valu­ables while he wait­ed to meet up with his date from the Grindr app.

The as­sailant is said to be of African de­scent, about 5-feet-10-inch­es tall, with a slim build and long un­kept hair.

Po­lice re­ports in­di­cate that around 11:30 pm on Fri­day, the vic­tim made his way to Prince Street to meet in per­son a man he had met on the dat­ing app and with whom he had had vir­tu­al meet­ings.
