ESSEX, England (CMC):
Jamaican international Khadija ‘Bunny’ Shaw ended the Women’s Super League (WSL) season in impressive fashion by scoring twice as Manchester City demolished West Ham United 4-1 here on Saturday to officially clinch their first title in a decade.
Shaw netted in the 57th and 72nd minutes to end with 21 goals from 22 matches, by far the most of any player, with Arsenal’s Alessia Russo the closest challenger with 13 goals from the same number of games.
