A 72-year-old man reported that his vehicle was stolen from outside his home in St James sometime on Wednesday afternoon.
The victim, of Agra Street told police that he had parked his green Volkswagen Polo (registration PBF 9777) along Agra Street in early May and had not used it since. He ensured all doors and windows were locked and had even removed the car battery, which he stored inside his house.
Around 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Joseph stepped out and noticed the vehicle was still parked where he had left it. However, upon returning home at around 4:15 p.m., he discovered the vehicle missing.
