$51M for new Little Diamond-Herstelling NDC office

(Kaieteur News) – The construction of a new Little Diamond-Herstelling Neighbourhood Democratic Council (NDC) building on the East Bank of Demerara has been awarded for $50.9 million.
The contract, valued at $50,911,785, was awarded by the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board (NPTAB) to Eron Lall Civil Engineer Works. The project is being executed through the Ministry of Local Government and Regional Development.
NPTAB also awarded contracts for the construction of three other NDC buildings across the country.
