TWO separate legal letters were issued to Plipdeco chairman Annette Wattie yesterday following her (Wattie’s) request for two employees to attend a meeting today.
In the first letter, one of the attorneys, former attorney general Anand Ramlogan, SC, of Freedom Law Chambers, states that his client – Plipdeco’s vice-president, Business Services - Niegel Subiah - was instructed by Wattie to attend a meeting today to discuss the “status of administrative leave and disciplinary charges”.
