ANTAMOUNT to fraud of the highest order.

So said Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar as she lambasted the former People's National Movement (PNM) administration over what she described as a 'con job' to give the impression that the $1.3 billion Central Block at the Port of Spain General Hospital was near completion.

She was responding to a question from Opposition MP Stuart Young during yesterday's sitting of the House.
