Po­lice Com­mis­sion­er Al­lis­ter Gue­var­ro has called for a for­mal re­port to be sub­mit­ted to him af­ter of­fi­cers in the South­ern Di­vi­sion were seen drop­ping off a teenag­er at her grad­u­a­tion in a marked po­lice ve­hi­cle.

In a video post­ed on so­cial me­dia yes­ter­day, the ex­cit­ed young la­dy was seen emerg­ing from the back­seat of the blue and white van amidst flash­ing lights, decked off in for­mal wear.

While the ac­tions of the of­fi­cers in the video have drawn both pub­lic praise and crit­i­cism, it prompt­ed the Com­mis­sion­er to en­quire in­to the cir­cum­stances be­hind it.
