The Prime Minister’s official residence in St Ann’s has been left “like a dump”, says Government Minister Barry Padarath.

On Monday, Padarath met with permanent secretary in the Office of the Prime Minister Natasha Barrow, who detailed the challenges affecting the Prime Minister’s Whitehall office, including flooding and mould, which led to the relocation of the Cabinet secretariat.
