The National Works Agency (NWA) is reporting that emergency works have been carried out to fix a section of the Mineral Heights to Lionel Town main road in Clarendon that collapsed on Tuesday.
The NWA said the hole, which measured more than six metres wide and four metres deep, was excavated and suitable material used to reconstruct the road embankment.
As a result, the road has been temporarily reinstated.
