THE family and friends of Selwyn Little, who suffered a tragic death when he was crushed beneath the wheels of a music truck and trailer in San Fernando on Carnival Monday, have been left in a state of shock and disbelief over the loss of his life.
Little, 76, a masquerader and flag bearer for the band Jammerz, was walking to the left of a 40-foot music truck along Cipero Street, near Santa Monica Supplies Ltd, when his clothes became caught on the trailer, according to a police report.
At his home on Cipriani Street, Mon Repos, yesterday, family and friends gathered to talk about the incident and reminisce about Little, a father of three and grandfather of four who was a lover of Carnival.
