The Children’s Authority of Trinidad and Tobago is reminding citizens that child protection is everybody’s business, as it marks 11 years since legislation was passed establishing the organisation.
The Authority says the nation’s children continue to face unprecedented levels of abuse, often at the hands of those entrusted with their care, and is calling on every citizen to play an active role in protecting vulnerable children.
