UNITED National Congress (UNC) deputy leader Jearlean John claims that internal polls have shown the Peopleās National Movement (PNM) is struggling and not in the lead and a āshocking landslideā win is coming for the UNCās Coalition of Interests.
āThe PNM polls are telling them just what the UNC polls are revealing to usāthat the PNM is struggling to hold on to their marginals in Toco/Sangre Grande, San Fernando West, St Joseph, Tunapuna, and the Tobago seats,ā said John on Sunday in response to questions from the Express.
Prime Minister Stuart Young, speaking at a public meeting in Moruga on Saturday, stated that an internal PNM poll found that the UNC is āunder pressureā in four marginal constituenciesāSan Juan/Barataria, Chaguanas East, Mayaro, and Cumuto/Manzanilla.
