Ambassador Vic Fernandes pays tribute to Sir Emile Straker

Barbados’ Ambassador to the United States of America and the Organisation of American States, Vic Fernandes, has paid tribute to Sir Charles Emile Straker, who passed away early this morning.

The Ambassador says his friend, Sir Emile, was not just a Barbadian icon but also a national treasure.

Ambassador Fernandes recalls he was entrusted with conducting the last interview with Sir Emile.
