(Kaieteur News) – The National Drainage and Irrigation Authority received 50 bids to execute repair works to the Albion fisherfolk wharf in Region Six.
According to tender minutes provided by the National Procurement and Tender Administration Board (NPTAB), the project is estimated to cost $133,984,000. Contractors bid between $104 million and $195 million to do the repairs.
The projects will form part of the $67.6 billion which was approved for the Agriculture Ministry in this year’s budget.
