(Kaieteur News) – The Ministry of Agriculture is planning to spend approximately $167,704,500 to construct a timber wharf and shed at Mahaicony Central, Region Five and repair the Albion fisherfok wharf in Region Six.
This is according to a recent invitation for bids issued by the ministry.
According to the tender notice, the repairs scheduled for the Albion Wharf is estimated to cost $133,984,000, while the construction of a timer wharf and shed at Mahaicony is estimated to cost $33,720,500.
