As he distributed Mother’s Day hampers in his constituency on Sunday, Minister of Homeland Security and Tunapuna MP, Roger Alexander, called on mothers to fully embrace their parental responsibilities.
“Mothers, you have permitted a lot of things to go wrong. You cannot tell me otherwise, you know, I notice, start taking pack your role and responsibility to shape and mentor your children. That is not just a daddy thing, you know. That is a whole family thing.”
He reiterated his call for parents to stop condoning or supporting their children’s misbehaviour in any form.
