The Min­istry of Rur­al De­vel­op­ment and Lo­cal Gov­ern­ment has is­sued a pub­lic ad­vi­so­ry high­light­ing re­port­ed flood lo­ca­tions fol­low­ing re­cent rain­fall ac­tiv­i­ty.

As of this morn­ing, flood con­di­tions have been con­firmed in parts of the Diego Mar­tin and Cou­va/Tabaquite/Tal­paro re­gions.

In Diego Mar­tin, flood­ing has been ob­served along the West­ern Main Road in Co­corite, af­fect­ing traf­fic flow and prompt­ing con­cern for res­i­dents and busi­ness­es in low-ly­ing ar­eas.
