In-person hearings resume Sept 1

Most magistrates’ courts will return to in-person hearings from September 1.

In a news release yesterday, the Judiciary announced that in-person hearings will resume with the exception of the Port of Spain and Scarborough district courts.

Those two courts will remain under their current arrangements until 2027.
