The body of a Venezuelan national was found with gunshot wounds to the chest and face in Waterloo on Tuesday morning.
The deceased was identified as 26-year-old Anderson Guerra. He was identified by documents found in his pants pockets, including a receipt for the purchase of a black Aqua car, police said.
Guerra’s body was found face down, with hands tied behind his back, along Caroni Road, Waterloo.
