Police are investigating the suspected murder of a 26-year-old Venezuelan national whose body was found in Waterloo, Carapichaima, on Tuesday morning.
Around 8:30 a.m., a farmer heading to his garden along Brick Field Road South discovered the man lying face down with apparent gunshot wounds.
First responders from the Freeport Police Station arrived at 9:05 a.m. and found the victim clad in a grey jersey, blue jeans, slippers, and socks, with his hands bound with a tie strap. He was wearing a black G-Shock watch.
