The Elections and Boundaries Commission’s detailed preliminary results released yesterday showed a slight shrink in the United National Congress’s estimated lead over the People’s National Movement in the 2025 general election.

The defeated party’s total votes showed a 4,000-plus increase from preliminary figures released by the EBC on Tuesday.

According to the EBC, during its continued assessments, it identified and implemented minor adjustments to the overall vote tallies, compared to preliminary results which were released on Tuesday.
