(Kaieteur News) – A livestock trader and his family of No. 1 Road, Corentyne, Berbice have been left traumatised after gun-wielding bandits stormed their home on Monday evening.
The intruders, all of whom are believed to be males, ransacked the home of Narinedutt Ramnarain, and made off with over $3 million in cash. The family believes the robbery was carried out by someone they are familiar with.
Ramnarain told Kaieteur News Wednesday, that he was home at around 8:30 casually relaxing inside after he had taken dinner, when screams from his daughters alarmed him moments later.
