(Kaieteur News) â Double misfortune struck an Angoyâs Avenue, New Amsterdam family on Monday morning after their home was invaded, ransacked, and allegedly set ablaze.
The two-story, five-bedroom wooden home is located at Lot 1459 Timmers Dam, Angoyâs Avenue, and is owned by Donette Joner.
In an interview with Kaieteur News, her 15-year-old daughter disclosed that her mother had travelled. The teen explained that she and her 16-year-old cousin who stayed at the residence were not home at the time.
