Two women were ar­rest­ed at the East­ern Cor­rec­tion­al Re­ha­bil­i­ta­tion Cen­tre in San­ta Rosa, af­ter they were found at­tempt­ing to smug­gle mar­i­jua­na to an in­mate.

The nar­cot­ic was dis­cov­ered by a prison of­fi­cer, as he searched the items pre­sent­ed by the sus­pects.

The drug, which weighed 38 grams and had been wrapped in clear plas­tic, was found hid­den in the heels of both slip­pers.
