(Kaieteur News) – An acting head teacher, happily married wife and dedicated mother of four girls is Jemelia Moore-Semple. Taking an inventory of her life way down the line, she noted she had a good job, a good husband and family, a good reputation, and good, in fact, really good hair. At least up until 2022.
The 37-year-old is employed at Augsburg Primary School in Mahaicony, and is a fastened Seventh-day Adventist who branded herself a “living testimony of perseverance, faith and healing.”
She is an advocate for persons suffering from alopecia, but more than soft advocacy through her riveting testimony, Jemelia has created a path to which many silent sufferers can find remedies and methods of counteracting the unnerving illness with which she herself struggled.
