Two court matters against United National Congress’ (UNC) deputy political leader David Lee have been discharged.
Lee, the former Member of Parliament for Pointe a Pierre was charged in 2022 with conspiring to defraud the State of more than $1.4 million in motor vehicle taxes in relation to a Mercedes Benz AMG G 63 car and misbehaviour in public office.
He was charged alongside businessman Hugh Leong Poi.
