The Mercedes-Benz AMG G63 that was at the centre of the corruption case against UNC deputy political leader David Lee has been returned to him.
The vehicle was seized in 2022 and was kept by police as evidence in the case, which was dismissed by the acting chief magistrate in April.
Acting Commissioner of Police Junior Benjamin has confirmed the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS) has returned the vehicle that was seized as part of the case involving Lee, and firearms dealer Hugh Leong Poi.
