Four members of the United National Congress (UNC) La Brea constituency executive tendered their resignations to the party on Sunday citing the “disrespect” of UNC alderman Victor Roberts.

In a letter addressed to party chairman Davendranth Tancoo and UNC political leader Kamla Persad-Bissessar, four members submitted their immediate resignation from the party and constituency executive.

They included two shadow councillors, Chenille Roberts, Nicola Sylvester, and secretary Leemoy Lee and welfare officer Jessica Watson-Girod.
