KINGSTON, Jamaica — The completion date for phase one of the Shared Prosperity through Accelerated Improvement to our Road Network Programme, (SPARK) will be pushed back by three months to the end of March 2027.
Minister with responsibility for Works, Robert Morgan, provided the update on Wednesday during his contribution to the Sectoral Debate in the House of Representatives.
“The project commenced on December 31, 2024, with an original completion date of December 30, 2026. Based on current scheduling and implementation realities, the anticipated completion date has been revised to March 31, 2027,” Morgan told the Parliament.
