“I will go to war with you!”

So declared Attorney General John Jeremie as he defended Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar yesterday, vowing to take action over alleged politically motivated abuse of State resources by former government officials.

During the mid-year budget review debate at the Red House, Port of Spain, Jeremie disclosed that an investigation will be launched into misconduct in public office and criminal wrongdoing.
