The search for miss­ing Able Sea­man Kieron Si­mon, who dis­ap­peared in wa­ters off the coast of Grena­da on Feb­ru­ary 21 dur­ing a drug bust, con­tin­ues to en­gage lo­cal and re­gion­al au­thor­i­ties.

Asked to pro­vide an up­date dur­ing a me­dia brief­ing at the Po­lice Ad­min­is­tra­tion Build­ing, Port-of-Spain, act­ing Com­mis­sion­er of Po­lice Ju­nior Ben­jamin said, “This is an on­go­ing mat­ter that is en­gag­ing not just the po­lice but na­tion­al se­cu­ri­ty.”

He said the re­trieval ex­er­cise was pro­gress­ing.
