The Trin­ba­go Uni­fied Ca­lyp­so­ni­ans’ Or­gan­i­sa­tion has an­nounced the or­der of ap­pear­ance for the se­mi-fi­nal round of the Na­tion­al Ca­lyp­so Monarch com­pe­ti­tion.

The se­mi-fi­nals will take place on Sat­ur­day, Feb­ru­ary 7, 2026, from 2 pm at Skin­ner Park in San Fer­nan­do.

Forty ca­lyp­so­ni­ans will com­pete for places in the fi­nals, per­form­ing orig­i­nal com­po­si­tions that re­flect so­cial com­men­tary, lyri­cal skill and stage pre­sen­ta­tion root­ed in Trinidad and To­ba­go’s ca­lyp­so tra­di­tion.
