TWELVE men have been named in preventive detention orders (PDOs) published yesterday, with several accused of involvement in gang-related shootings, firearms offences and the theft and dismantling of motor vehicles.
The orders were contained in Legal Notices 652 to 663, signed by Minister of Homeland Security Roger Alexander between April 4 and August 16 and published on Thursday.
Malcolm Quintin, also known as “Khalid”, was identified as a member of the Rated R Gang and described as a shooter and enforcer. The order alleged he and others planned coordinated shootings against rival gang members in public areas using high-powered rifles.
