A friend of missing La Romaine couple Samuel Montano and Zaheeda Mohammed says the police need to do more for residents of waterfront communities.

The friend said since the disappearance of the couple, there have not been any police patrols at Sunset Cove in La Romaine where the couple live although they were promised.

Fearful of being targeted by criminals for speaking out about the issue, the couple’s friend declined to give his name.
