ROCK Hard Cement is back, and is promising to offer cost-effective cement while challenging Trinidad Cement Ltd’s monopoly in this country.

Speaking to the Express via telephone yesterday, managing director of Rock Hard Distributors, Ryan Ramhit, confirmed the return of the cement importer to the Trinidad and Tobago market.

Ramhit’s confirmation follows sightings of bags bearing the company’s logo being transported along the Beetham Highway.
